FINDS is Hong Kong’s iconic Nordic restaurant and bar, with award winning cuisine by celebrity chef Jaakko Sorsa. FINDS stands for Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden, and carries a distinct Scandinavian culture in the bustling heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Typical Nordic cooking techniques include smoking, curing and pickling. Seafood is also an important part of the cuisine as the people are surrounded by sea and lakes.
FINDS was recently voted as one of Top 30 Visitor’s Choice by Hong Kong Visitor’s Guide — Citylife and recommended as Best European Cuisine Restaurant by Cordon Bleu (GHM). The restaurant receives high acclaim from media, such as being listed in Top 10 European Restaurant Award 2014 by WOM Guide, 100 Top Tables 2013 by South China Morning Post, Bites of Distinction Award by Crave Magazine and Foodie Forks 2013 Honourable Mention for the Chef of the Year by Foodie Magazine. FINDS is the first western-cuisine restaurant in Hong Kong to join WWF’s Ocean-Friendly Menu programme and proudly support Green Monday campaign.
